3rd October Posted by: DARK ARCADIA [ICV]: [News flash] His Najesty of Dark Arcadia announced today that the problems with Praeraptorian and the minor political misunderstandings of Obsidian Jewel have been dealt with. Both countries are now watched over more definedly to ensure they follow Dark Arcadian guidelines. His Najesty has stated that he regrets the neccessity of these actions and that they hopefully will be halted soon enough, given the chance. Furthermore, His Najesty announced today that apparently all attempts to communicate with the nation of Valisk of the GSC (General Science Council) failed and have been out of order since a few consecutive days - reports of the nation's destruction have now come in. "The General Science Council -will- remain existant as an entity, albeit a single-member institution at the moment." Fransisco Meguro explained. Dark Arcadian counties are kindly requested to have a minute of silence in memory of Valisk and the great people that made the GSC possible to start out with tomorrow at 12:00 Dark Arcadian Mean Time.

25th October Telegram from DARK ARCADIA to PRAERAPTORIA: Regarding: Politically Apathetic Citizens Do not forget that your actions are being monitored on a regular basis. Either you will comply with Dark Arcadian rules and our political system, or you will be removed from the Dark Arcadian Empire and smitten. Your current rank in the "Most Politically Apathetic Citizens" is inconceivably high. Dark Arcadia is known for it's extreme Civil Rights and Political Freedoms - our citizens should not need an interest in politics; ergo, if you are, in fact, getting people participating, it merely shows you are doing something basic completely wrong.
