history: Born in Astral America's "Nox Noctis", Fransisco was raised as a child that learnt the meaning of 'responsibility' far early in his life. He studied hard and with personal passion in his free time, and was good in all subjects in school, save for sports, and skipped several classes (three, to be precise). He thus finished school with 15, and spent the next years in mostly private studies, only to go for an official PhD & Dr. title in his favorite subjects via a quick testing procedure at the age of 22. As he entered life as a scientist, he quickly advanced, and just as quickly got both bored - which was okay - and frustrated at the system which was actually deliberately halting his success, up to a point where he decided to demand an "either or" situation from Neike Satana herself - either she would relax laws, or she would have to live with the entirety of Voice stopping to listen to her and form their own state. He was able to claim this as most scientists were people he considered his colleagues, people he spoke with whenever time permitted, and his charm managed to envelope just about everyone, aswell as that most of these scientists lived around Nox Noctis anyway, and in turn had friends, so his ideals quickly spread as 'the sensible thing'. Neike Satana saw no ways to relax said laws, so she suffered the consequences. It is to be noted that Fransisco never asked for the title of Najesty (though he coined the term), but was elected by 97.3% of the Dark Arcadia population. He's very proud of this and himself, but also very energetically engaged in politics.
political inclination: He accepts the meritocratic basic ideals of Dark Arcadia - he realises they cannot be summed up in laws, nor can a meritocracy truly exist, but he does his best to remain the top of the notch to validate his status. He wishes for Astral America to either ally with Dark Arcadia, or merge.
personality: He is truly charming, witty and full of humour, but he also makes for a terrible adversary to have, due to his boundless energy. He is quick to make decisions and just as moody, which is both his strength, and his ultimate flaw.
